Kuladoo is now expanding its Associate Personal Shopper network. These Kuladoo Associates work closely with Kuladoo and its customers but operate their own independent personal shopping consultancies across the nation and within varying specialties. Kuladoo employees and our associates are our most valuable resource and we greatly value their creativity and dedication to working with and for our customers in a fun, entrepreneurial setting that allows employees to grow their careers, express their own creativity, help other find their own creative inspiration and be part of a successful and growing business. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, reliable, and conscientious and possess strong interpersonal skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loves and has a flare for creative expression
- Serve customers by determining needs and desires; locating, explaining, and suggesting items - note: this is not a 'sales' position - it is truly a personal shopper/consultant careers
- Must research and maintain a keen understanding of both the cutting edge of consumer product gift giving trends as well as traditional gift advisory services
- Advises customers by suggesting direct and related items; explaining product features; providing information on current trends.
- Possess a strong sense of your own personal style while possessing the ability to explore, advise, develop and embrace a customers own style and gift giving goals.
- Did we mention that you must be and love expressing creativity.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Experience Managers to refine systems and communication to insure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Now the tough part - you need to be able to do all of the above over the phone or through e-mail so you must have impeccable communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Interest in, but not necessarily experience with consumer product, fashion or other merchandise buying in a retail environment.
- Must be a people person - have an intuitive feeling for personalities, motivations, passions and the little things that can make life a rich experience.
- A love of people and the ability to find joy in helping others express themselves.
- Basic computer skills with an emphasis on e-mail communication
